Understanding the function and regulation of novel CAR targets

Having established a computational pipeline in collaboration with the lab of Dr. Chloe Villani to identify novel solid tumor CAR target antigens, we have a first opportunity to understand how these differentially expressed genes contribute to tumor biology. We also use single-cell, chemical, and genome-scale functional genomic approaches to understand the regulation of these genes in order to optimize immunotherapeutic targeting.
